Info Gain Consulting is seeking a skilled Program Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day management of a team of individuals in the areas of Data Science, Data Engineering, and Business Intelligence Development. The ideal candidate should have experience working with large and complex data sets, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective visualizations that provide insights and drive decision-making.
responsibilities
- The Contractor’s lead for this contract should be the Contractor’s authorized interface with the Government Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), government management personnel, and customer agency representatives.
- Formulating and enforcing work standards
- Assigning contractor schedules
- Reviewing work discrepancies
- Supervising contractor personnel
- Communicating the organization’s policies, purposes, and goals to subordinates within a cybersecurity environment.
- Should be responsible for the overall contract performance—ability to manage and complete multiple technical tasks in the assigned Program (s).
Experience, skills and qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen
- Experience in managing complex software projects; Health Care projects preferred.
- Specialized expertise includes SAFe Agile engineering project development from inception to deployment;
- demonstrated ability to provide guidance and direction in tasks similar to the sample tasks provided;
- proven expertise in managing and controlling funds and resources.
- Demonstrated capability in managing multi-task contracts of this type and complexity, managing program delivery spanning across multiple subcontractors and third-party vendors.
- General experience includes increasing responsibilities in information systems design and management and leading larger technical teams.

- Bachelor’s degree
- Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
- SAFe Agile Certification
